what a beautiful day it is today!! Can't wait to go for a walk this evening. Focusing on my weight starts today officially. State fair is out of the way!! I have to have faith in myself that I can do this. I don't care so much about if I have a bad meal every now and again, but I MUST drink more water and exercise!!
