Know what *might* help break that habit? There are times I really want something more but I'm not really hungry....so when that happens I fix either a diet soda with lemon and lots of ice (I only buy it in 12 oz. bottles, and the glass is so full of ice that I can fill it 3 times before it's all gone!) or a cup of herbal tea (my favorite is red currant.) Either one truly seems a treat, and yet there's no calories. Maybe this would work for you?
