I’ve done that too. It is scary how it is starting to not even concern people as an eating disorder the way it did a few years ago, not even close unless it’s thousands of extra calories or something.
No wonder obesity rates are increasing so rapidly in my country…

I did it. Every time I wanted something to munch on... I grabbed a twin popsicle. 5-10 calories for a Budget Twin Pop and they are like $3 at Walmart. LOLOL I didn't even realize what I was doing until I stopped the binge eating and the junk food cravings all together. LOLOLOL It worked.

Will power is not enough. You have to find ways to distract yourself from eating. Figure out what triggers the binge. Avoid it. When you do binge, only have healthy foods in the house. Will power won't do it. Healthy habits will.

The sugar is a constant problem. I love sugar. I'm trying, but it's rough.

I've been struggling since Thanksgiving. Just kinda sitting here. I have trouble controlling portions. my current mantra: discipline not denial. Best wishes to you.

Sandyeg, discipline starts it but stamina and perseverance keep it going. Eventually it does get more boring, than discipline, but you have to treat it like a job lol. Discipline is definitely necessary to start back up at treating yourself well, again, though. You’ve got this!!!
