I woke up this morning to my inner skinny girl screaming to get out. Over the last two years, I lost 90 lbs but I've put at least 30 of it back. I've been fat my entire life. In part, I blame Spina Bifida, with my knees and back being in constant, consistant pain but even I know that's not the only reason. At 220 lbs, I was starting to feel confident - walking, eating right (most of the time), and even shopping. Now, at 250, I feel like a fat slob. :(
