I have gotten into the habit of waking up at 6 o'clock in the morning and trying to get my first walk of the day in this morning I got almost 5000 steps before 7 a.m. every time I get an opportunity to walk I tried to do that I'm parking as far away from the office as I can and walk instead of finding a parking space close and then I try to walk again at night before preparing dinner

That is absolutely wonderful! Getting that first walk in early makes such a difference in the day, and don't you have so much more energy! Now that a month of house guests has left as of this morning, I hope to get back on a consistent waking programs. Thanks for sharing.
