Cooked a turkey yesterday. Ate a lot of turkey!!! Mmmm, so yummy!!! Time to run! I'm going to go as long as I can, hopefully 5 or 6 miles.
On a side note, mapmyrun.com is a great site and app for tracking fitness activities. Food and weight side is better tracked here, but the stats and history are great resources to to keep you in the know

I use map my run also. It is really helpful with the mileage part, especially when I was training for my half marathon.

Skwhite - It's great app, as long as it doesn't lose it's GPS location, which happened yesterday. Still was able to backload the data.
BuffyBear - It was very nice! 30 degrees-ish, brisk and refreshing. I think my favorite part was the fact that the older people out there outnumbered the younger folk 3 to 1! Only a few young ones, but lot's of older people out there living life, even when it's cold and uncomfortable! Very encouraging!

Also, the nice thing about mapmyrun is that it has a social media aspect. The only reason I ran that far (I sooo wanted to stop at 40 minutes), was that one of my friends on the app had run 54 minutes earlier that day. My competitive nature said I have to do better! The banter is always a good motivator!
