Had a perfect eating day... I am proud of myself, and hoping tomorrow I will be down a little bit more.. 2 weeks induction done!!! Sticking with it two more weeks, than onto fruit... slowly!!
114.6 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
