to save money my house hold has been shopping at food max and the grocery outlet. As a result I ve been eating alot of generic foods and having to add new items in the food database. The foods may not be as healthy but I am regulating my protions and trying to eat at least one thing from all of the food groups. Hopefully my new entries in the data base can help others who are finanicially strained.
