Rishi...That dinner looks awesome! I didn't know what Sambar and Dosa were, so I had to Google them LoL It sounds so exoctic until you break the ingredients down...OMG - Lentil Stew and Crepes - I love learning about new foods!! ♡

Sorry Nadja I wish I knew as my wife cooked them. She cooks delicious meal everyday and make me to go out of portions control 🙄. I knew little bit in sambar my wife adds toor dal lentil l, turmeric powder chilli powder, tomatoes, tamarind, salt, some vegetables, cilantro by the end of cooking. We get dosa batter from local shops 😊😊
