Excellent. You should glow with the success of all your hard work. It's paying off. Now don't celebrate with food but with something new for the new year. Don't have to go out an buy an outfit or anything. Something as small as a new lipstick or nail polish. Enjoy this loss. You are putting you first and moving in a new direction.

Thanks all! I am really fortunate. I did take a few days off around Christmas. I felt bloated but it did not effect the scale much. What DID happen is Candida reared it's 9 horned head and I felt itchy where no one wants to. And every cranky joint or muscle was achy. So shoot. Sugar is no good for me. Back on low carb plan and feel better already. Still nursing a toddler so I am sure that helps too.
