Weight up. Cholesterol levels up. M.D. concerned. Possibly pre-diabetic but I find that unlikely.
Totally veered off my nearly keto diet and ate unhealthy foods for months because I've been stressed. Need to get back on track.

Boy, I sure understand this! I am such a sugar addict and have been trying to stay on a traditional low calorie/low fat diet for years. This morning I finally took the plunge and am trying Keto, or keeping carbs under about 50. Sure hope this works as there’s no hope for me using traditional diets.

Stress plus sugar plus unhealthy fats cause my downfall.
Also not entirely clear on health of keto plan. Arguments for both sides.
