Almost finished week 1 of Mayo Clinic training program for running 5K. Yesterday did walk/jog for 3m of total 9 km walk up to the pipeline road and back. This morning walked 3.5 to hospital for mass, then to market to buy some fresh oranges. Will try for another 9 km walk in the afternoon - beautiful weather, sunny and cool.
Weight stagnant all month: keep bouncing between 140 and 138... Need to work on food intake, am doing as much exercise as I have time for.
