Food rec: Holland & Barrett’s chickpea pasta is a great alternative to usual pasta. It’s calorific at 360 cals per 100grams, but it’s low carb and has about 20g protein per 100g, with a nice nutty taste. I had it with a simple garlicky tomato sauce and a heap of boiled broccoli- very delish. Just throwing it out there for anyone wanting a pasta change!
