Now when the festive season is ahead of us, we should enjoy it and remember that there are more to life than just losing weight. That said, one can try to pick the more healthy dishes that support the long-term goals and benefits ones health.

Thank you for posting the link. I really liked the article. I feel like I have been hanging on by the skin of my teeth to NOT eat holiday goodies. My biggest fear is losing control. What if I can't stop at one, what if I eat too much too many days in a row? I'm starting to drive myself crazy.
