You're doing so great, you're almost half way there. Your body always hold on tighter to the weight that's been there the longest. I know when I get to the last 10 it feels like it will never let go. Don't worry so much about being really strict but maybe try some different foods this week. One of the things I like to share the most is that you want to eat as much as you possibly can and still lose weight. If you're restricting yourself too much then you will eventually slip up because you'll be dieting. As a life style you need to be able to eat the foods you want, just in proportion and maybe not as often as you use to. =)
You can do this and know that we all have bummer weeks... life is going to happen. Just think of where you'd be if you weren't doing WW. =)
