Exercise: 30 minutes on the elliptical (resistance 3) / 250 calories burned

Breakfast:
• Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup peanut butter granola
• 1 cup of coffee (raw sugar + creamer)

Snack:
• banana, 1 cup strawberries

Lunch:
• 1/4 lb (3 slices) brisket
• handful of fresh spinach + vinaigrette

Snack:
• 4 small squares of Cadbury milk chocolate

Dinner:
• 3 boneless/skinless chicken thighs
• 1 cup parmesan rice
• Green Giant broccoli & cheese

Thanks Glen. I tried to take it easy this past weekend. Not feeling much in the holiday mood but one of the few things I have control over in this life is what I eat. I guess that's what I'm trying to focus on. I hope you're doing well.
