down little more from yesterday, total weight loss from March 1st to April 1st is about 3.4lb ugh not as good as I really wanted but it's still a win at almost a pound a week weight loss...now for April hopefully I can drop 10lb like I did the last 2weeks of Jan. I could be less but haven't had a bowel M for a week now well about 9days so hoping that will happen soon and I will drop a couple more pound...
