HaHa Laine 😄 I actually had the thought, I needed to add veggies. If I'd had spinach I probably would have tossed some in. Long day....forgot to defrost anything from freezer.....eggs for dinner.

I don’t eat pork, except by accident like what I’m about to describe, but…I forgot to say “no bacon” for a salad at a restaurant, so accidentally ended up with bacon on my plate, and didn’t pick it out! Lol! 😂
