FBS 93, had dinner much later last night than usual due to being busy with grocery shopping and movie out of town. Glad my weight seems to be back on track. Making a list of the steps I've taken: MOE, supplements since January 7 when I began the self-directed program. This in prep for medical visit on Tuesday.
The 2-hr PP BS was 142; that shows the effect of eating an entire navel orange can do. Lesson learned--save half for later, limit the little suckers.
Went over calories tonight. Guess this will be my 'eat whatever' day this week ending tomorrow.
