Hoping tomorrow will be the start of another leg on my downtrend line, I can't wait to break through the 180 mark...Haven't been in this weight category in probably 12 years...I find it motivating to keep on going...
Sure learned eating a breakfast helps get the metabolism going in the morning, I'm already thinking I can taste it, I need to go to bed before I start eating it now...
