Amazing that you weigh less when you drink lots of water, exercise and FINALLY get some sleep! Don't know why I have been getting about 3 hours for the last week. I am going to the doctor this week to see if the medication changes could be affecting the sleep. I actually went off a medication and I am thinking that maybe the other one is working too well? Oddly enough that is what the pharmacist is thinking. Funny since it isn't sleep medication (I won't take those).
