ok, I am taking my 2 days "off" starting today & tomorrow! I need a break from this 12/2 making it 9/2 and then I'm going to go to a weight loss clinic here and see what they have to offer. My body is just too weight loss resistant now at my age and with yo-yo dieting, my slow metabolism, heritage (yes I believe that has something to do with it also) and just everything.
