I hear ya! I hate the 200s too (saw you say that on a post) lol When I first started, I knew focus might be an issue, so I gave myself only one choice, healthy food in my kitchen. Look at labels, be critical of everything! (its going into YOUR body after all, get mean with the food. lol) Challenge yourself, take stairs when you can. You're doing good, you know what you want, seize the day! :D *hugs*
