It seems I've found myself at a bit of a platau! I just can't get my body to break that 220 mark. I was losing pretty steady until I hit 220 then it only seems as if the scale will only move one way (the wrong one of course). I have been following the diet pretty well, especially in the areas of sugar and carbs (my main weekness), but I think my fat content is a little high because of the salad dressings I've been eating. Work has been a lot of overtime lately, so I'm getting my salads out instead of making them at home, so dressing choices are a little more difficult. Also not exercising because of the overtime,which doesn't help my stall. Thankfully the overtime will let up in another week and a half so I can get back in the exercise groove.
