Okay just finished 3 weeks, still with a loss of 5#, same as the middle of 2nd week. I have never spent so much time (daily) cooking, and packaging my little meal packets. Now that is .238 pounds per day, so to lose the weight I want to lose I only have 336 days to go. Yea!!
93.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
