Wow. This really is a roller coaster. I thought I would see more even results if I weighed in at the same time of day, wearing the same things. Again, not getting too excited about apparently losing 2.5 pounds in a day. I had wine last night which definitely dehydrated me. I'll bet if I stepped on the scale now, I'd see at least a pound back already!
On the upside, despite some serious cravings and emotional wants, I stuck to my eating plan. And for that I feel pretty good about myself. Still haven't upped my exercise game. That needs to come or I'll stall for real.
