Came home from two months in Florida with a weight loss and now I'm within 4 lbs of goal!!!! Yay me!

67.6 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg. Still to go: 1.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.7 kg a Week
