Meal 1: Walmart’s nutri bowl and I ha two bowls together with some tomato ketchup and 35g 70% Dark chocolate Meal 2: Some fruits, flavoured yogurt and a Gatorade protein bar Meal 3: I know this one is boring but trying to get in enough protein without more calories so it was 2 scoops of whey protein and hot water
