self destruction...........
as soon as i put myself on this i hit the chocolate
i never ever eat chocolate, bet i`ve put on at least 3lbs by tommorrow
damn damn damn
humiliated by my crappy food entry..........no wonder i`v e put weight on, that`s awful....i never realised. I feed my kids and husband so well, just kinda forgot about me x
