Thanks actually my first goal was 63k stayed there for a while, and now my new goal is 55k knowing that i have doubled my sport activity...

Really ? Seems like stagnating is a step when you loose weight. I went from 79 to 70, stayed 70 for a while (also due to the fact I ate more sweet foods for a while ^^), now I'm 67 and my goal is 60.
At least you set up a reachable goal for yourself. Now you did it, you can aim higher... or lower I should say :D

They call it plateauing around here i've had a couple of those in my race to the goal. It's not bad, but icky. Actually going from 80 to 63 k was not realistic at all at the beginning. 63k being within my normal weight, the middle of the road should be 55k weight i haven't been in like more rhan 15 years!
