Breakfast:
• cup of coffee (raw sugar + creamer)
• 2 slices bacon
• Greek yogurt + almonds

Lunch:
Leftover fajita bowl

Dinner:
Spaghetti squash, meat sauce
2 pieces garlic bread
1 glass red wine
