I know this is all water weight as this past week I wasn't sleeping well about 4hrs a night and then starting sun I was sleeping about 5-6hr a night but some days I woke up a pound heavier on the scale and then there was couple days it read like 2lbs gained on the scale at this weight its about 6lbs up from the 290 where I was at.... I think it's slso water and hormones from aunt Flo showing up un invited... Sure hoping that it will go back does down 👇 quickly.....my surgeon appt is tomm hopefully he schedules my surgery for me....
