It took me a long time to become decent at cooking salmon. I think a lot depends on the quality of fish you buy too. Having a meat thermometer helps a ton.

Having an even sized fillet helps to keep from over cooking it.

Looks good. Hope you enjoyed it. I have to marinate mine to get the herbs soaked in or I won't be able to eat it.

Looks good. Try Trader Joe's BBQ Atlantic Cut - w/Seasoned Asparagus - Both come with seasoned butter pats. Put them in tin foil, in the oven together & WA LA - Delicious & No Pans to wash.

I put some olive oil on fresh salmon with a little salt and garlic powder. Then I broil it on both sides. I like my salmon on the thin side and crunchy, so I let it in a little longer. Dipping it in black vinegar, siracha sauce, or wasabi sauce is good too.

love doing salmon in the air fryer.
sprinkle top with a little seasoned salt and brown sugar. 400 degree for about 14 minutes. I use an 8 oz.fairly thick piece.

fish makes me kinda gaggy but if you make it crispy and put it on some real whole wheat and lettuce makes it easier for me anyway

LOL, thanks for all the advice! I will for sure try all your ideas next. I think I will try Trader Joe's BBQ Atlantic cut but it probably has sugar in it. I'll look. Air fryer for the win usually. Greek yogurt is a great idea too! Thanks.

Fresh is the word when it comes to salmon for us. I don't buy the seasoned frozen packages. I also prefer to buy salmon that have the skin on the bottom because they cook moist and flakey. I think dried out overcooked salmon is the worst...
