Marlene, I am currently infatuated with chickpeas and sweet potato... it is a healthy obsession😅, I swear.

That's a good obsession, the chickpea gives me a lot of energy. I haven't had a sweet potato in some week. soon will.

Marlene, I cut out all wheat for the last 2 days and I feel so much better. Even that little bit of bread in this photo was bothering my stomach. Unfortunately that particular chickpea and spinach dish has bread in it (not just on the side as you see here) it is made with 1oz of breadcrumbs and I just can't go there for a while...

I understand Unity1234. I've noticed that both wheat and white bread leave me sluggish and bloated the following day. Pitas and naan are considerably kinder on my stomach. I make my own, so I know what's in there.

Marlene, homemade anything so completely trumps anything store bought. I was making my own bread for a while but I didn't find the process enjoyable. And now (luckily?) I don't have to care because it kills me.
