Not weighing in today as the scale read 293 and I know-it from the 4hrs of sleep I got any from not being able to fast over 12hr, plus it's the hormones and bloated from all the water I feel like I didn't pee all the water back off my body.....ugh woke up this morning to the spotting of aunt flo , last month I spotted a week and then aunt flo visited a week so it sucked and sure pray it doesn't do that again this month as I'm still a week early before aunt flo should arrive but this going thru menopause is crazy.... 2 mo no visits from flo,and 1 mo of 2week flo, then this month seems like it may be the same way... that could also be the reason for the gain and me feeling bloated Because I do get bloated around this time .... Either way I am keeping my weight record at 291 until Sunday and Monday then I will weigh in and see if it goes down....also went out did errands and shopping yesterday from 8am-11am walking around the dollar general store and then other stores so I got more exercise in but I'm really sore in my bad knee this morning hopevit goes away it started hurting yesterday and hasn't quit... Surgeon visit again March 7th.
