This was the scale at the endocrine office. Home scale was 162. both were wearing sock feet, jeans, shirt, sweatshirt. I adjusted the home scale to match endo scale.

The best way to check to see if your scale is accurate is to put an object you know the weight of on your scale (like 2 hand weights). Doctors scale may or may not be accurate. They are supposed to calibrate it regularly, but many don't (all those people weighing on it). Flooring also effects the scale. It should be on a hard level surface.
