Hello, friends! I’ve been consistently training despite having a crazy schedule. I did take a big long lazy break through the holidays, so I’m working hard to get back to the same level of strength and fitness right now. I’ve worked out a training schedule that’s two days at the gym, two days lifting weights at home, and cardio and yoga whenever I can manage it. I continue to eat and drink whatever I want and not weigh in because that’s what keeps me happy, healthy, and energized to handle my life. But I do prioritize protein, fruit, and veggies in most of my meals. Wishing everyone a strong and positive weekend!

Healthy n happy is right. Which is not hard as I’m finding out, if you workout most days you don’t even need to count calories or restrict certain foods/types to be healthy. It’s the being sedentary and not watching calories is what got us all here and we think we have to goto extremes to keep being healthy, when in turn you don’t. You just have to be a little mindful and not be lazy.

Thank you, guys! Super, I love your healthy and balanced approach. That's been mine as well. The solutions are simpler than people make it out to be. If you want to stay in control of the outcome, you gotta do the work and be mindful. I'm hoping not to have to record every single bite I eat. Life is for living.
