Yeppers.... so many times I've forced myself to walk or exercise and never regretted it. So in saying that, going downstairs to walk on the treadmill. It's wicked windy making it bitterly cold at 44 degrees. Got spoiled this past season with walking outside. If it wasn't windy, I'd bundle up and go out.

Used that thought today. With it getting chilly I had opted for an indoor routine, but made myself hit the street. So glad I did. The air was invigorating and I stayed out longer than needed. Thanks for sharing these helpful quotes!
