Day started out good with me getting in a 13.1 mile run in and shedding 6 minutes off my previous time. I did this mainly cause I was going to a BBQ and knew I would be eating pretty bad stuff and wanted to not worry about it. Made a good decision when I went to Stewarts and stopped myself from getting a milkshake. Onto the party...ate a bunch of carb filled things and they were delicious but realized as it all hit my system that I was starting to feel very down on myself, lonely and emotional. I haven't felt this way in a long long time and i'm pretty sure it has to do with the crap I was eating. Just goes to show how not eating well can make you feel like garbage. Back to normal tomorrow cause I don't like feeling like this.
