My perut buncit journey, gk nyangka mulai muncul dimple perutnya hihihi hasil abs workout di rmh aja:') fto tgl 29 nov bb di 54an tpi blm ada dimplenya skarang lg naik ke 56 tpi kok malah lebih ke bentuk yaa? bingung deh kadang *yg disensor tanda lahir

@crepesgerlong sya biasanya pke gerakan ini kak utk perut crunches, bicycle crunches, leg lifts, heel touches masing2 3set 10reps terakhirnya plank 1 menit

aku kalo bangun tidur seperti dipict palinf akhir, rata bagus dah tp kalo dah siang apalagi ke sore ngebuncit lagi krn keisi makanan😂
