Wow, not sure why it dropped so much. I weighed myself twice just to make sure!
But, it's working. Eating healthily, counting the calories and staying below 2200 and no booze! Keep going Nath!
99.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
