I made gf coconut flour pancakes for the grandkids. I was so tempted… but I did take the time to think it through. Yes, I can have it if I choose. I choose not to. Why? Because I remembered I am a carboholic, just once and I'll have to start with step one again. Have more bacon instead 🤩
