I've been on a good path with food lately. I made a conscious decision 3 weeks ago to just do it. Keto-carn. I've done it before, it's not hard once my mind is made up. The sugar is gone, the cravings are gone. The weight is holding on but I feel it will line up eventually. I'm not stressing myself to meet a certain number of carbs. But staying 50 and under. I'm working on keeping calories at 1500. Right now I just feel good. Stiffness is gone, and energy is increasing each week. BP is improving. I'm proud that I habitually track my food each meal. I think if I plan it out ahead of time it would make the difference.
