Anyone else have a wonky bathroom floor and find themselves moving their scales around trying to find that golden spot that gives you the lowest reading?
hehe bad habit of mine. gotta stop and just accept the first number.
Even though I am sticking to the calorie limits, I can clearly see that I am choosing to snack on crisps and chocolate too much on an evening. Since giving up the alcohol and smoking I have been seeking other "rewards". Goal this week is to cut that back slightly. Only 1 packet of crisps allowed ( its a large packet!) and I gotta eat some liver this week. Ugh and yeah gotta pick up more on the exercise. I can clearly see I need some muscle. I cant even do one push up from the floor without face planting and nearly breaking my nose.

So familiar :) Quit smoking 4 mo. ago now, started working out 3 mo. ago. Never thought I'd be able to do a push up, but got there. Am sure you will too.
