Walked at least 1 hour. Bad muscle cramps usually due to low potassium. Very happy with my meals and getting out of the house with my Shi ztu, Danyboy. New meds for mental issues and sleeping. God is always looking out for me. I really pushed myself to do my errands and the feeling of accomplishment is wonderful.
