Zoo, there is 31g of protein per serving. It is a protein powerhouse... tofu is involved.

Honee, this was killer. Not easy to make, but I think that may only be because I was following a recipe on Instagram (again). 😅 It has both firm and silken tofu, chickpeas, butternut squash, cauliflower, and sweet potatoes... it was crazy good. I'm now living on it. Lol

Also, it had nutritional yeast; a new one for me. Instagram peeps were referring to it as nooch. 🤷♀️
