up a little bit from higher sodium intake yesterday and drinking about a half gallon of water to flush the sodium out...I did go shopping and was walking around the store bending up and down scanning items to see what the price was since it was a clearance sale walked around the store for about 2 hours did have to lean on the shopping cart to help take the pressure off of my bad knee... But it was exercise and I need more of that once I can get my knee replacement surgery done I may be able to get back in shape and get more exercise and do better than I have been doing. Hoping February is a good month and I loose 10lb like I did in the last 2 weeks of Jan ...
