Me pesando todo dia eu tenho mais chance de controlar a alimentacao ..porque vejo no outro dia se perdi algo com a alimentacao do dia anterior ...fiquei uma semana sem me pesar e engordei ..perdi uma semana..voltarei a me pesar diariamente para melhor controle ...
