Lost 8.1 Kg in 9 Weeks and I'm feeling good. Not doing any exercise yet as I struggle with an old foot injury. Looking forward to join a gym in about 2 months and doing rowing / light weights, cycling and/or swimming.
Still doing 16:8 Intermittent fasting (but sometimes not so strict due to working hoursand a upside down life) with a Bulletproof coffee when breaking my fast at 10h45.
Lunch is whatever I feel like or have in the house (but no added sugar or refined wheat / foods / added sugar). Normally fish / chicken/ tuna / 2 eggs / cottage cheese on wholegrain rice / corn cakes / Pro Vita, etc.
For "dinner" I have a high fat, high protein, high fiber & medium carbs berry Fat Burner Protein smoothie at 18h15.
From 19h45 just water until the next day 10h45.
