Wow today marked the third day this week that I had a migraine headache. Today I experienced it with severe visual disturbances. I tried for the life of me to figure out the trigger. Then I listened to my cravings. I have been craving potato and beans, along with butter. So, I went out and got 5 guys french fries and my headache is going away. I believe that my fat intake is too low. I noticed that I did not get these headaches when I was doing low calorie / low carb in the past, because low carb has lots of fats, so I was secure there. I may have to revert back to the low carb, since my body does need the fats. I may even alternate so I can balance the diet over a few days while keeping calories low.

Fat used to scare me in my diet. It's the big bugaboo. I now use it as a staple. I'm a bit choosie. Hope you've figured out the migraines. I get them too, but only the visual part.
